Northern Section Events and Meetings
The Northern Section Clubrooms at 67 Lawrence Vale Road are open on Wednesday from 1.00pm to 4.00pm. Come in for a cuppa and a chat and visit the spare parts shed. All members state wide are welcome.

Veteran Car Sheet Metal Work - every Friday 9.00am until early afternoon
Build your own vehicle body or just a bonnet or mudguard. Other projects also catered for. Just come along to the downstairs workshop at the Clubrooms to become involved. You will be made most welcome.

Sun 7th - Classic cars and coffee Georgetown
Hosted by Don Mario’s restaurant. Park in council car park in the Main St. 9.00 a.m.–3.00 p.m. but come and go as you please. Ph. 6382 1821 to book for breakfast or lunch. (Event is first Sunday of every month)

Sat 20th – 6.00 p.m.Tea at Clubrooms
Bring a casserole to share then at 7.00 p.m. “A night at the flicks with Ken Silver”. All welcome, there will be plenty to share.

Sun 4th – Shannons & VCCA (Tas) Inc. Northern Section- 2022 Spring Swap Meet
Mowbray Race Course Vermont Rd. Mowbray. Gates Open 7.30am. Entry $2 per adult, Trade stands $10. Traders can enter from 6.30am onwards. If you can help out please contact Joe Clippingdale on 63961144. Flyer on page 27 of this edition.

Sun 11th – Frogs at the Bend
All members with French cars are welcome to attend and display their car, or just come along and see the cars on display. at the National Automobile Museum / Riverbend Park, Lindsay Street, Invermay. 10am – 2pm. Flyer elsewhere in Small Torque.

Tues 20th - Visit Military Museum at Scottsdale
meet at Lilydale Road, Rocherlea at 10.00 a.m. More details later.

Sun 6th - Gordon Fysh Memorial Run.
This year this event will be held at the Ross Sports Centre with each section to organise a run to arrive there about 11 to 11.30am, so that we can have time for a good catch-up before lunch which will be provided by the local RCSC committee at a cost of $16.50 per head, cash on the day. Please complete the entry form and return it so that we can let the Committee know how many lunches to prepare.
