NEXT EXECUTIVE MEETING OF VCCA (TAS). INC. will be held at the Northern Clubrooms, 67 Lawrence Vale Road, Launceston on SATURDAY 13TH. MAY, commencing at 10.30am. (not Sunday 30th. April as previously indicated in Executive Minutes).
All members are welcome to attend as observers.
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of VCCA (Tas.) will be held on SUNDAY, 25TH. JUNE, 2023, commencing at 11.00am – at the Northern Clubrooms, 67 Lawrence Vale Road, Launceston. An AGM Agenda will be included in a later edition of Small Torque, plus hard copies will be available at the meeting.
Sectional Secretaries, please note, you must advise the Northern Section Secretary by the 9th. June, 2023, the number of members attending the AGM from your Section. The number is required for catering purposes.
Please remember Sectional Annual General Meetings must be held prior to
5th. June, as stated in the Club’s Constitution.
All Members, please support your Section, new members on Sectional Committees bring new ideas to the Club which in turn will lead to progress and a brighter future for
