November 2nd, 3rd and 4th - Steam Up at Pearn’s Steam World. 65 Meander Valley Road Westbury.
Are you looking for an excuse to get your pride and joy out onto the road? Then why not take a day trip to Steam Up! The Westbury Preservation Society would like to invite you and your members to Steam Up 2024.
Entry to Steam Up is $10.00 for adults and $5.00
for children 5 to 15 years. A group discount is available on enquiry. Save the Date! for

Sunday 3rd November General meeting starting 10.30 am.
Followed by a small run (weather permitting)
and lunch at 1pm at Windows on Westella

Monday 4th November, Ulverstone Car & Bike Show Entrants: gold coin donation and display vehicles required to be parked by 9.30am. Public entry $5.00 per adult over 15 years. All proceeds donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Tuesday 5th November Melbourne Cup Day
We will be holding our annual Melbourne Cup Ladies Day event on Tuesday 5th November 2024 and we will be introducing a cover charge of $5 per person. Bring your sisters, mothers, neighbours and friends. There will be games, sweeps and raffles with lunch and refreshments provided. In order that we can cater sufficiently please advise Toni Bishop on 0448 022 616 or Alana Ayton on 0417 703 841 if you are intending to attend, by October 30th.
If anyone has any prize donations also let us know as these will be gratefully appreciated. We always have so much fun, hope to see you there!

Wednesday 6th November Cuppa & Chat

These gatherings are held at the NW Section clubrooms starting at 1:30pm. Come along for a cuppa and enjoy the company of fellow members. Spare parts and the library will be open. Have a look, you may find a spare part, or a book of interest.
Wednesday 6th November Committee meeting
Commencing at 6pm.

Saturday 16th November- Working Bee
, Shed/parts clean up, clean and decorate the clubrooms for the Christmas dinner function, plus mow the lawns. Contact Rocco 03 6424 4718.

Sunday 17th November
Monthly Sheffield classics and coffee.
3rd Sunday of each month from 10am and 3pm. Come and go as you please but don’t forget to enjoy Sheffield murals, shops, cafes. Parking beside and behind the Sheffield RSL and Citizens Club, 77 Main Street Sheffield.

Sunday 17th November
International MENSDAY at Bells Parade, Latrobe.
12 Noon – 2.30pm – Free fun day BBQ, Live Music, Sporting Activities, Car display. More details to follow re: where to park your vintage vehicle and time required to be there by.

Saturday 23rd November Christmas Dinner at Clubrooms It’s that festive time of the year again. N.W section invites all members and their friends to come and enjoy each other’s company at our Christmas Dinner. All sections welcome to attend. Lucky door prizes to be won.
Venue: - North West Clubrooms, 40 Maskell’s Rd.,
Time: - 5.30 pm for nibbles.
Time: - 6.30 pm sit down for three (3) course Christmas dinner.
Cost: - $35.00 p/p
Tea and coffee provided, BYO wines etc.

Toni Bishop, on 0448 022 616 by the 9th November.
Entertainment: This year we will be playing the ‘swap and steal’ game. Anyone wishing to participate will need to bring a gift to the value of $10 wrapped in Christmas paper. Gifts can be anything, even Joke presents (these make the game fun).
These gifts will need to be handed to Karina at the door and you will be given a number. Other games will be played on the night, depending on time.

Saturday 30th November, Circular Head Show (Stanley).
Meet at the truck stop approx. 400 meters west of the first entrance to Wynyard on HWY 1. Depart at 8.45am, assemble at Trethewies Lookout, approx. 3kms from Stanley. This allows us to proceed to the show as one group. We need to be at the show ground by 10am. Laurie 0438 282 443

Sunday 1st December General Meeting
starting at 10.30am. Followed by a small run organised by Andrew (weather permitting) followed by lunch at 12.30pm at the Forth Pub.

Commencing at 6pm.

Saturday 7th December Run to Wilmot Summer Market
9.30am at the clubrooms for 10am departure. Arrive Wilmot and enjoy market. Bring chairs, BYO or buy lunch at the market.
If weather is favourable lunch will be at Lake Gairdner. Four kilometres of good gravel road to the lake. Even good enough for a Vauxhall. Clubrooms to Lake Gairdner 60 kilometres.
